Because of Hiei's Jagan Eye, he has psychic abilities (see below). Please comment on whether he's permitted to use them on your character, and to what extent. Thank you!

- While this particular kind of third eye is an implant, Hiei has learned how to use it's psychic abilities (such as telepathy, telekinesis, remote viewing, mind control on lesser demons and humans, and memory erasure). This eye is important in the rest of his attacks, as it is always open during each Flame attack, rather than hidden behind a white headband as it is when not in use.

- Telepathy (Sai is no psychic so he could not "answer" back)
- Telekinesis (May use objects on him not turn his body on him)
- Remote Viewing
- Mind Control (Only with plot)
- Memory Erasure (Only with plot)

Gee, I wonder. >D Since we've seen Hiei using telepathy to talk to Kurama before, we're definitely in the clear there. Obviously mind control and memory erasure are out though.

XD Good thing Hiei has no actual desire to control Kurama's mind or erase memories then, eh?

I'm cool with all of these! I doubt he would use any of the more attack-y things on her, but I'm cool with it. Just hit me up to plot it out first if it does arise. :)
